The instrument can conduct the following research under simulated formation pressure and temperature conditions

1. Determination of liquid permeability

At a certain flow rate, the liquid is passed through the core. By measuring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the core and the flow rate of the liquid flowing through the core, combined with other parameters, the permeability of the core liquid is calculated according to Darcy's law.

2. Determination of permeability gradient

This test is mainly based on a long core clamp with pressure measuring holes along the length direction of the core. In one experiment, the permeability values of the entire and segmented sections of the core can be measured without damaging the original properties of the core.

3. Formation damage evaluation

Study the damage caused to the formation by fracturing fluid, drilling fluid, completion fluid, etc. circulating through the wellbore wall.

This displacement system adopts a dynamic filtration core gripper, which can simulate the shear of the working fluid in the wellbore and measure the filtration loss, and study the depth of its damage. The following parameters can be measured

Filter loss, initial permeability, recovery permeability, permeability damage rate

4. Evaluation of formation sensitivity (formation damage), studying the damage caused by foreign substances to the formation during drilling, completion, water injection, production enhancement measures, and well repair operations, and methods to avoid or mitigate such damage.

Injection system: composed of injection pump, intermediate container, preheating system, pressure regulating valve, and pipe valve components, it can inject various fluids into the model at a certain flow rate.

Simulation system: It consists of a dynamic filtration kettle, a high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic filtration core gripper, a high-temperature and high-pressure gradient core gripper, a temperature control system, an environmental pressure pump tracking pump, and a back pressure system.

Measurement system: including pressure measurement, temperature measurement, filtration measurement, liquid flow measurement, etc.

Automatic control: The computer automatically controls the flow rate of the injection pump, the ring pressure pump automatically tracks the internal pressure, heating and temperature control, etc.

Data collection and processing: Composed of various data collection cards, computers, printers, and collection and processing software, it can timely collect parameters such as pressure, temperature, liquid flow rate, etc., and perform arithmetic processing on the data.
